Admin or Employees can click on Manage link on top right corner to manage account effectively. |

How do I specify which employees have access to moderation controls? |

We only prefer key company personnel like Founders, Directors, Presidents and executives (CEO, COO, CIO) up to General Manager Level to be eligible to register with companiesinfo.com to subscribe for company accounts. Once account is created, you can designate an official representative or Admin to have access to admin moderation control. The designated official representative or admin will have admin permissions to create employee profiles and assign permissions based on their roles to manage various activities. Eg. HR manager can be given permission to post, edit, delete jobs. CIO will be given permission to manage news, events and video presentations and so on. |

What types of payment do you accept? |

We accept Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) via automated payment process.
Users can also pay through PayPal. |

Can I cancel my account? Will I get a refund? |

Yes you can cancel your account any time. The change will take effect with the next billing cycle.
However, there are no refunds. Half-yearly and Annual accounts are subject to the terms of the contract you signed. |
